Description

Collect, analyze, test, interpret and record machine samples including making chemical additions; recommend and complete corrective actions.
- Perform and interpret bio-stick dip tests of all machine sumps and central systems; recommend and complete corrective actions.
- Inspect, monitor and maintain coolant filters, washers, paint systems, air handling systems, etc. for sump changes and cleaning, as required to keep fluids within proper limits.
- Maintain and calibrate all laboratory equipment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, two to three years experience in a manufacturing environment. Practical experience with tools and equipment. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. May be required to climb ladders, stand for long periods and walk great distances, etc. Extensive customer interaction and maintaining customer satisfaction. Practical experience with computers.
