Description
- Implementation and management of the contract services for a multi chemical management site
- Extensive customer interaction at the management level. Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyze and manage financial reports, P & L cost analysis and plan and execute budget
- Providing direction and development to on-site chemical management team
- Management of contract personnel
- Ability to manage portfolio of projects
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a four year technical degree, preferably a BA in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering, more than three years of experience in a manufacturing or related on-site plant services environment within engineering or related field, with some knowledge of metalworking chemicals. Must have supervisory and employee relations experience, excellent communication, problem solving, project management and computer skills.
