FERROCOTE^®

QUAKER FORMULA™

Aqueous compounds with a varying degree of alkalinity and solvency. Primarily used in maintenance cleaning applications such as floor cleaning, machine cleaning, and large equipment cleaning; may be used in hand operations or spray or immersion washing equipment.

QUAKERAL^®

Water-soluble, ester-based metal removal fluids containing high-performance solubles and semi-synthetics. Provides a wide range of performance capabilities to meet industrial requirements in metal-cutting operations with emphasis on aluminum.

QUAKERCLEAN^®

Aqueous-based alkaline cleaners; available in liquid and powder form. Used to remove soils from metal substrates normally found in the steel and metalworking industries; cleans ferrous & non-ferrous surfaces.

QUAKERCOOL^®

Water-soluble, metal removal fluid containing soluble oils, semi-synthetics, true solution synthetics, and emulsion synthetics. Provides a wide range of performance capabilities to meet industrial requirements in metal-cutting operations.

QUAKERCUT^®

Straight oils; non-water soluble products. Provides maximum lubrication with or without sulfurized or chlorinated additives.

QUAKERDRAW^™

Water Soluble Synthetics - the very latest in metal- stamping lubricant technology; easily removed in standard alkaline cleaning systems. Provides excellent formability on all substrates when mixed with water in low concentrations.
Blank Wash Compounds - oil and water-based products used in automated blank wash systems.

QUINTOLUBRIC^®

QUINTOLUBRIC 888 SERIES products - 100% active, biodegradable synthetic polyol ester fire resistant hydraulic fluids. The 888 Series is compatible with all hydraulic systems designed for mineral oil based fluids and is approved by Factory Mutual Research Corporation. QUINTOLUBRIC 807 SERIES products - light duty, high water content hydraulic fluid concentrates designed for air-over-oil or large volume plunger pump systems in steel mills, foundries, resistance welded tube mills, offshore blowout preventers, and subsea production control systems.
QUINTOLUBRIC 801 & 804 SERIES products - mineral oil based, functional fluids (gear box, spindle head, way, and hydraulic lubes). Emulsify when leakage enters water extended recirculated machining and grinding systems or cold rolling emulsion sumps.

RAPID ARMOUR^®

RINSE AID^™

Aqueous, alkaline, or near-neutral solutions. Used to enhance cleaning efficiency, corrosion protection of metals, and foam control of cleaner solutions. They may be used as a final step in a cleaning process to gain improved cleaning and protection performance.
