SYNDECK™

Complete line of deck underlayment products utilized in the construction, overhaul and repair of decking in the marine environment.   Products are certified for US Navy use including Regular Underlayments and Terrazzo Underlayments. Ultralight Underlayments and Lightweight Polymer Underlayments are available when weight, corrosion or chemical resistance is a consideration. SynDeck™ Regular Underlayment (0-VOC) - Designed to be used on decks and other surfaces where irregularities, grades and other contours need to be corrected in order to install any approved or decorative flooring system in a marine environment.  QPL 3135

SynDeck™ Lightweight Underlayment (0-VOC) - Designed to be used on decks and other surfaces where irregularities, grades and other contours need to be corrected in order to install any approved or decorative flooring system in a marine environment where weight is a concern. 

SynDeck™ Ultra Light Underlayment (0-VOC) - Designed to be used on decks and other surfaces where irregularities, grades and contours need to be corrected in order to install any approved or decorative flooring where weight and corrosion are a primary concern.  This product has very low porosity, is excellent for use in wet spaces, and has excellent adhesion. USCG*IMO, QPL3135, Wheelmark accreditation.

SynDeck™ Lightweight Polymer (0-VOC) - Designed to be used on decks and other surfaces where irregularities, grades and contours need to be corrected in order to install any approved or decorative flooring where weight and corrosion are a primary concern.  This product has very low porosity, is excellent for use in wet spaces, and has excellent adhesion. SynDeck™ Light Weight Polymer DECO System (0-VOC) - Applied to properly prepared metals and utilized as a resilient protective coat over metal decks in marine environments.  A unique decorative underlayment system in wet spaces or where other contaminants may be evident.  It is excellent for surfaces requiring abrasion resistance, resilience, waterproofing, and chemical resistance. SynDeck™ Bond Coat - Designed as a primer/Bond Coat material to be used in conjunction with the installation of underlayment material.

SynDeck™ Waterproof Membrane - Used as a resilient chemical and water barrier and leveler, applied directly decks or underlayment materials.

SynDeck™ Clear Top Coat (0-VOC) - High quality, high build, top coat sealer where a clear, bright, blemish free surface is desired.  Used to achieve a high gloss, chemical and abrasive resistant coating.  This product has excellent results with dry and cure times when applied in low temperatures and high humidity.

SynDeck™ Color Coat (0-VOC) - Epoxy high build color coat that has excellent results with dry and cure times when applied in low temperatures and high humidity.

SynDeck™ Epoxy Adhesives - Adhesive for Amtico/Stratica and other tile systems.
