Based on synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) and polyglycol (PAG) technology, Quaker Chemical’s line of MineTech lubricants have been specifically engineered for the extreme operating conditions experienced in the mining industry. MineTech products use advanced corrosion inhibitors and lubrication additives to protect equipment and reduce wear on moving parts. Synthetic base stocks extend drain intervals. These highly oxidation resistant base stocks incorporate premium additive packages to yield a line of EP gear oils and specialty greases that will tame even the toughest applications.
QUINTOLUBRIC®
QUINTOLUBRIC 888 SERIES products - 100% active, biodegradable synthetic polyol ester fire resistant hydraulic fluids. The 888 Series is compatible with all hydraulic systems designed for mineral oil based fluids and is approved by Factory Mutual Research Corporation.
QUINTOLUBRIC 807 SERIES products - light duty, high water content hydraulic fluid concentrates designed for air-over-oil or large volume plunger pump systems in steel mills, foundries, resistance welded tube mills, offshore blowout preventers, and subsea production control systems.
QUINTOLUBRIC 801 & 804 SERIES products - mineral oil based, functional fluids (gear box, spindle head, way, and hydraulic lubes). Emulsify when leakage enters water extended recirculated machining and grinding systems or cold rolling emulsion sumps.
QUINTOLUBRIC 814 SERIES products - longwall mining fluids. Used in longwall roof support systems.
