smart and efficient lubricant application equipment necessary to achieve all the benefits from QUAKER QUAKEROL Hot Rolling Lubricants. Extremely accurate, positive displacement pump system which can stand alone or be tied into level two control systems.
Liquid, natural or synthetic compounds to provide protection and good surfaces in the casting of hot liquid metals. Used in molds designed for liquid injection for casting steel and non-ferrous metals.
Aqueous, solvent borne and 100% solids ultraviolet (UV) curable coatings for steel and aluminum bar. Protective coating for bar metal to prevent corrosion and enhance appearance.
Aqueous compounds with a varying degree of alkalinity and solvency. Primarily used in maintenance cleaning applications such as floor cleaning, machine cleaning, and large equipment cleaning; may be used in hand operations or spray or immersion washing equipment.
Cold Steel Rolling Products - specialty lubricants designed for the cold reduction of steel sheet sold to the container, automotive, and appliance industries; contain full synthetics, semi-synthetics and fully natural products with lubricant delivery systems that include nonionic, anionic, cationic, amphoteric and polymeric technologies. Used to effectively reduce a multitude of steel alloys to the gauge and shape required by the automotive, appliance, and construction industries
Hot Mill Lubricants - state of the art lubricants and MIDAS application equipment to provide roll protection, defect elimination and energy savings for industries ranging from automotive to construction. New technologies include synthetic cationics and water based long product compounds. Reduces mill loads, improves back-up and work roll life, and increases quality in the hot rolling of all stainless and carbon steel substrates; using all known roll chemistries in sheet, shape and long product applications.
Nonferrous Rolling Products - Specialty lubricants that reduce nonferrous metals (i.e. aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, etc.); provide lubrication for reduction and corrosion and stain protection for many different substrates; and are used in emulsion and pure oil applications.
Post Lubricants - organic coatings for aluminum can body sheet; applied electrostatically at the aluminum mill. Provides corrosion protection and lubrication properties to the aluminum surface, superior bleed-through protection and cut-forming characteristics.
Cupper Lubricants - state-of-the-art aluminum and tinplate cupper lubricants; include products applied neat or as emulsions. Facilitate the drawing of sheet metal into cups; provides a proper surface for the subsequent bodymaking process; provides excellent lubrication in the cup and can making processes; provides maximum protection against bleed-through in aluminum can making; and gives ferrous and nonferrous corrosion protection to can making equipment and tooling.
Bodymaker Lubricants - high performance lubricants. Easily cleaned in either acidic or alkaline cleaning processes. Includes both synthetic and semi-synthetic bodymaker coolants.
Double Cold Reduction - specialty water dilutable lubricants. Highest performing, most trouble free in the industry for rolling high quality tin; completely natural and attractive on a unit cost basis. Used in the secondary reduction of tinplate, commonly referred to as DCR or 2CR lubricants. Their emulsion delivery system aids our products to supply the right amount of lubrication, without developing mottle defects caused by lower grade materials.
Aqueous, solvent borne and 100% solids ultraviolet (UV) curable coatings for metal strapping. Provides a protective coating for metal strapping to prevent corrosion and enhance appearance.
Biostatic, soap-free rolling lubricants that do not need to be "broken in." Used on hot and cold rolling mills for increased productivity, improved surface quality, and process consistency.
Aqueous-based alkaline cleaners; available in liquid and powder form. Used to remove soils from metal substrates normally found in the steel and metalworking industries; cleans ferrous & non-ferrous surfaces.
Water-soluble, metal removal fluid containing soluble oils, semi-synthetics, true solution synthetics, and emulsion synthetics. Provides a wide range of performance capabilities to meet industrial requirements in metal-cutting operations.
QUINTOLUBRIC 888 SERIES products - 100% active, biodegradable synthetic polyol ester fire resistant hydraulic fluids. The 888 Series is compatible with all hydraulic systems designed for mineral oil based fluids and is approved by Factory Mutual Research Corporation.
QUINTOLUBRIC 807 SERIES products - light duty, high water content hydraulic fluid concentrates designed for air-over-oil or large volume plunger pump systems in steel mills, foundries, resistance welded tube mills, offshore blowout preventers, and subsea production control systems.
QUINTOLUBRIC 801 & 804 SERIES products - mineral oil based, functional fluids (gear box, spindle head, way, and hydraulic lubes). Emulsify when leakage enters water extended recirculated machining and grinding systems or cold rolling emulsion sumps.
QUINTOLUBRIC 814 SERIES products - longwall mining fluids. Used in longwall roof support systems.
