Quaker Chemical Corporation provides information on its products to customers for the purpose of enabling compliance with Federal, state and local regulations. This information is provided by Quaker's fully-staffed Safety, Health & Environmental Group (SHE). The group's main responsibility is the handling of regulatory issues with respect to Quaker raw materials and products.

The two most visual forms of regulatory communication to Quaker customers are the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and the product label found on the package. Label and MSDS information pertains strictly to the neat product. This may not necessarily pertain to the product as used; because some products are diluted in water, oil, or solvent for use. Information on the diluted product can be obtained by calling the SHE information phone number listed at the end of this bulletin.

Quaker Chemical Corporation also maintains a 24-hour EMERGENCY HOTLINE to respond to transportation, environmental, and medical emergencies. The telephone number is 1-800-523-7010 and is indicated on the product label and MSDS. If you have any questions with regard to this information, please consult your Quaker Process Engineer or call the Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) department at 610-832-4304.
